Conference fee
Late-registration: 5 000 sek / excl. 25% VAT
Late-registration students: 3 000 sek / excl. 25% VAT
Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. This rate does not apply to Postdoctoral researchers.
The registration fee includes· Access to conference sessions, posters and exhibition area.· Conference materials· Refreshments at poster session.· Mid-morning and afternoon refreshments· Lunches as scheduled in conference program· Conference Dinner at Grand Hotel, Thursday May 25th

Payment for conference registration can only be made by credit card online. Lund Spring Symposium accepts: MasterCard, Visa and Maestro.
Please be advised that your registration fee does not include travel insurance, please ensure that you have your own insurance policy before travelling.

Documenting the conference
Documenting the conference
In compliance with GDPR regulations, we would like to inform you that professional photographers will be documenting the conference and the material will be used to share information about the event.
If you prefer not to be included in any materials, please inform us in advance.
Cancellation information
Cancellation information
Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise Lund University Conference (Please do not email credit card information under any circumstances) of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify Lund University Conference Service (Please do not email credit card information under any circumstances) immediately.
Provided written notice is received by April 1, 2023, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by May 1, 2023, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after May 2, 2023, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
In the unlikely event that the Lund Spring Symposium Organizing Committee shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Lund Spring Symposium, the Organizing Committee and Lund University Conference Service shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
